DAY 01:-Delhi to Dharamshala (Overnight Journey)

The whole journey will start when you board the Volvo bus at 6:30 PM from Delhi. The overnight journey will be safe and comfortable where you will have other fellow tourists. Our guides will help you guide through different regions and will keep you entertained on the journey. The services you will get are Volvo only for this day.

DAY 02:- Arrival in Dharamshala & Local City Tour

You will be assigned rooms in a hotel where you will freshen up and get ready for your day. We will give you the full city tour. Below are the places to visit:

McLeodganj & Tsuglagkhang Complex: We will take you to the official residence of the 14th Dalai Lama. There are many places included like Namgyal Gompa, Tibet Museum, and more.
Bhagsu Nag Temple & Waterfall, John Church, War Memorial & Cricket Stadium

DAY 03:-Dharamshala to Kangra Valley to Dalhousie

The day 3 will be more of an exploration and excitement where you will go to the Kangra Valley with us. We will lead you to the Kangra Museum where you will enjoy the culture of Himachal. Mata Shri Bajreshwari Devi Temple and Kangra Fort are best to visit. After sightseeing, you will then continue the journey to Dalhousie and enjoy dinner at the hotel.

DAY 04:-Dalhousie – Khajjiar – Dalhousie Local City Tour

The next day you will visit Khajjiar, often called “Mini Switzerland of India. The sparkly water of the lake is perfect for relacing and photography as well.

On your way back to Dalhousie, we will visit:

John’s, St. Francis & St. Patrick’s Churches
Subhash Chowk
Tibetan Market

Winter Note: Khajjiar sightseeing depends on road conditions and government regulations during snowfall. If accessible via Chamba, extra charges may apply.

DAY 05:-Dalhousie to Dharamshala to Delhi (Overnight Journey)

This is the day when we will drive you to Dharamshala. Board the Volvo bus back to Delhi, reminiscing about the beautiful moments of your trip.

Tour Inclusions in Dharamshala:

Here are a few things that you must know about the tour inclusions we offer:
Round-trip AC Volvo tickets (Delhi-Dharamshala-Delhi).
Transfers & sightseeing by non-AC vehicle (Alto) as per itinerary.
3 nights’ stay on double occupancy (2 adults sharing 1 room).
MAP meal plan (3 breakfasts & 3 dinners).
Pickup and drop services from Dharamshala and Dalhousie hotels. Other Tour Exclusions are:

Monument entrance fees & camera fees.
5% GST (Government Service Tax).
Any extra services like permits, luggage charges, or meals are not mentioned in inclusions.
Personal expenses: shopping, laundry, water sports, etc.

Tour Exclusions:

Personal expenses (tips, shopping, lunch, beverages, etc.).
Flight and train tickets.
Activity expenses.
Pony rides and snow jeeps in Gulmarg, Sonmarg, or Pahalgam.
Gondola tickets or local cabs for specific destinations.
Anything not mentioned in the inclusions.
5% GST if the company account is used.

PACKAGE ADVANCE PAYMENT POLICY:

Here is payment policy for you guys:

30% advance payment for Himachal package booking.
Remaining 70% payable on arrival (first day of the tour).
100% advance payment required for train and flight bookings.

Cancellation & REFUND POLICY

50% cancellation fee if canceled before 10 days of check-in.
75% cancellation fee if canceled 7–10 days before check-in.
100% cancellation fee if canceled within 7 days of check-in or in case of no-shows.
Advance payments are non-refundable, but you can postpone your tour date.
